Business Analyst
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to support client engagements at Kupa Consulting through research, analysis, and structured problem-solving. This role suits someone who is intellectually curious and detail oriented. You should feel comfortable moving between different sectors and business questions within the same week.
As an analyst, you will be the engine room of our project teams. You will work alongside senior colleagues to unpack complex commercial challenges and deliver actionable results for our clients. You will gather and analyse data, conduct market and competitor assessments, model scenarios and contribute to recommendations that drive client decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth research and analysis on markets, competitors and industry trends.
- Develop financial models and operational frameworks to support strategy and due diligence work.
- Prepare materials for client presentations and internal discussions.
- Collaborate closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders.
- Track project progress and contribute to execution planning.
You will adapt quickly to help the team wherever pressure points emerge.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial services, or a related analytical field.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in business, economics, finance, or a related discipline.
This position offers hands-on involvement in high-impact projects and direct exposure to senior decision-making processes. Based in Paris with potential for limited travel. Candidates must have the right to work in France.
